Residency Pricing

Residencies are priced per night, with reduced rates for longer stays. Two self-contained units are available.

Garden Cottage
R1,050 per night

Klein Karoo
R950 per night

Length of stay
Residences run from 3 nights to 14 nights.

Nightly stays (3-6 nights)
Standard nightly rate applies

Weekly stays (7 nights)
A fixed weekly rate applies:
Garden Cottage — R6,900 per week
Klein Karoo — R6,300 per week

These weekly rates replace the nightly total for exactly 7 nights.

Longer stays (8-14 nights)
A reduced rate applies automatically. Prices are based on the nightly total with an 8-10% reduction and may be rounded for clarity.

Studio Access
Studio use is optional and can be added to your stay:
R200 per day, or
R750 per week (recommended for 7-night residences)

Studio access follows the natural rhythm of the homestead and is available during daytime hours, between 9am and 5pm.

Residency stays include:
— a private, self-contained room
— access to the garden, trees, and grounds
— optional use of studio
— independence, privacy, and uninterrupted time
— self-catering facilities
— quiet surroundings shaped by the seasons and landscape

Residences do not include workshops, hosted activities, communal programmes, or meals.

Transport
Residents are responsible for their own transport to and from the homestead.

Cancellations
A deposit is required to secure your dates. Full payment and cancellation terms will be included in your invoice.
